Eastern Door Service enlisted the
services of Pioneer Glass Corp.
to fabricate and erect the new solarium structure at the Sheraton Hotel in
Eatontown, NJ.
Construction documents for building permit application and approval were provided by Gilligan and Bubnowski Architects, Eatontown, NJ.
Eatontown, NJ - Eastern Door Service, Inc. received a call from the Sheraton Hotel in Eatontown, NJ. The winter of 2003 - 2004 was taking its toll. They had a problem with high winds and heat loss, making their beautifully appointed lobby extremely cold. They needed a solution that would solve this chilly problem. Whatever the solution needed to be, it would have to maintain the integrity and elegance of the hotel's lobby and reception desk area, while reducing severe heat loss.
Eastern Door Service proposed constructing a new solarium type structure within the atrium lobby. This new sleek aluminum and glass structure would feature a Horton ProSlide™ automatic sliding entrance door at the interior. The end result speaks for its self.
