EasySlide™ UL Listed
Corpus Christi, TX - Horton Automatic has announced that the EasySlide™
series 2004 has been UL listed with the Optex™ OA-202C sensor system and
OS-10C photo beam as a complete automatic sliding door package.
Horton reports that Underwriters Laboratories found the complete door package to be in
compliance with UL 325 and ANSI / BHMA A156.10 Standard for Power Operated
Pedestrian Doors.

Wizard™ ANSI Compliant
Pittsburgh, PA - BEA, Inc. received
confirmation from Intertek Testing Services NA, Inc. that the Wizard™
SMR is ANSI / BHMA A156.10 - 1999 compliant for use as an activation and presence
sensor for automatic sliding door packages.

Hewitt Appointed KM VP Monroe, NC - David Hewitt has been appointed Vice President of KM Systems, Inc. David was formerly, Vice-President of Engineering and New Product Development at Horton Automatics. He has been responsible for numerous new product developments over the past twenty years. In his new position at KM Systems, David will be responsible for product development and manufacturing. |
