Horton EasySlide™ UL Listed
Corpus Christi, TX - Horton Automatic has announced that the EasySlide™ series 2004 has been UL listed with the Optex™ OA-202C sensor system and OS-10C photo beam as a complete automatic sliding door package.  Horton reports that Underwriters Laboratories found the complete door package to be in compliance with UL 325 and ANSI / BHMA A156.10 Standard for Power Operated Pedestrian Doors.

BEA Wizard™ ANSI Compliant
Pittsburgh, PA - BEA, Inc. received confirmation from Intertek Testing Services NA, Inc. that the Wizard™ SMR is ANSI / BHMA A156.10 - 1999 compliant for use as an activation and presence sensor for automatic sliding door packages.

   
Eastern Door Service Relocates
Florence, NJ - Eastern Door Service, Inc. has moved to better meet the needs of our customers. Our new 18,000 sq. ft. facility is  located in the Florence Industrial Center in Florence, NJ. This well equipped large and modern facility will enable us to stock more inventory, hire more personnel and provide a higher quality of products and services to our customers.  Please make note of our new address.
David Hewitt Appointed KM VP
Monroe, NC - David Hewitt has been appointed Vice President of KM Systems, Inc.  David was formerly, Vice-President of Engineering and New Product Development at Horton Automatics.  He has been responsible for numerous new product developments over the past twenty years.  In his new position at KM Systems, David will be responsible for product development and manufacturing.
