Horton Rapidslide™ 6-7720 Vehicle and pedestrian traffic do not need to wait for height clearance, as with roll-up type doors. Pedestrian traffic is provided with a 48" partial opening, while the door opens completely for vehicle traffic. The door's fast opening speed greatly reduces the chance of door panel damage, due to impacts. |

The door can be actuated by wall switches, motion detectors, ceiling mounted pull chains, presence detectors or traffic loop detectors. Dual inputs are provided for a combination of switches; one set of actuation contacts for pedestrians and one set for vehicle traffic. Pedestrian actuation usually has automatic time delayed closing, but vehicle traffic can be set-up as actuate to open/actuate to close. |
